Postpartum Doula
The early days of parenting can be both magical and overwhelming. My postpartum doula support is designed to help you transition into parenthood with confidence and ease. Postpartum affects people differently. My goal is to help you where YOU want or need it. From caring for baby so you can take a shower, help with laundry, errands, or simply being available for moral support, I can help. Let’s talk!
Pregnancy Doula
Pregnancy can be hard! Allow me to help you through the 9 long months. I can assist with meals, errands, nursery prep, answering questions or emotional support. Having a pregnancy doula is a great option for those who may not have local support, have other kiddos to tend to, or in the case of bed rest.
Birth Planning
The birth of your baby may not always be predictable, but lets make sure you are going into your birth with confidence! This offer is for a 1:1 phone call where we can co-create your ideal birth plan. Understand what choices you have before the big day. A PDF will be prodivded of your plan so your careteam will have a roadmap of your birth wants + desires.
